MANAGING HMO APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS

We will ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time

We will attend the property to meet the various trades necessary to bring your property up to code

We will attend the final inspection and keep you updated throughout the whole process

A flat fee of £300.00 for this service this includes 3 visits to the property any additional visits will cost £50 each
